INQUIRY INSTRUCTIONS:

COLOR CODED PLASTIC SHIMS

To place an order, please provide the following information:
  • Outside Diameter (OD)
  • Inside Diameter (ID or Arbor OD)
  • Width and Depth of Keyway (w x d)
  • Quantities of each thickness

Clearances
We make all slitter shims with clearances to fit over the arbor and not extend above the spacers.

Prices
Although all sizes of shims can be furnished, prices are based on the outside diameter. Prices are determined by rounding up to the next highest OD on the price list.

  • Other mechanical assembly shims

Before placing an order, please provide the following information:

  • Inside Diameter (ID)
  • Quantities of each thickness
  • Material (Phenolic or Nylon)
  • Tolerances (if different than standard tolerances)

  • Color Preference
  • Tolerances, including ID fit (Tight, Snug, Loose)
